Two for one deal, but...
I own a G27 gen 3 subcompact and my wife owns a G19 gen 1 compact frame Glock. I had seen these and considered getting them for a while because I have painful memories of finding a gaping hole chewed through the skin on my thumb knuckle by the corner of the backstrap on my G27 after a session of shooting. I really didn't want to wear shooting gloves for a variety of reasons, and I even resorted to putting a piece of duct tape on my knuckle to shield it from the abrasion. But still I delayed. When I saw this package appeared to come with both a full size/compact and subcompact version of the product I finally decided to bite the bullet and get one. The package came with both grip adapters as promise, plus 4 extended pins to hold them in. The pin replaces the current trigger mechanism housing pin at the backstrap of the grip and is longer than the original to accommodate the added width of the grip adapter, but is not so long as to protrude from the sides of the grip when installed. In fact it fits flush. The reason for the three stars is that while I was able to get this installed on my G27 without too much trouble, no amount of knuckle busting or Dremel work the larger unit would make it fit on the G19. It just was not wide enough to reach around the backstrap and align the holes in the adapter with the retainer pin hole in the weapon. I considered applying the product with double sided tape or even some removable adhesive of some kind, but in the end I elected to just leave it off and have the backstrap on the smaller Glock. Afterall, I think the subcompact 40 S&W will probably need this more than the 9mm compact. Also, the grip adapter definitely added some width and depth to the grip that might have been uncomfortable in my wife's hands. I can tell you it felt like it turned the G19 grip into a G21 grip, which I always thought was too wide for my comparatively short fingers.

Must Have Glock Accessory
I now have three of the SC Grip Force Adapters on my Glocks. I am a huge fan for a few different reasons. First, I have average size hands, but I have always felt I needed a bit more distance from the trigger on my 22 and 23. The Grip Force provides that little bit of extra distance that is perfect for me. This might be a problem though for people with smaller hands. Second, the adapter also helps to make the entire backstrap feel more even. The entire gun seems to point more naturally. More like a 1911 and less like a Luger. I am not saying it will feel exactly like a 1911, it doesn't, but it feels more like one. Third, the beavertail really helps with a nice high grip. The only real complaint I have is the inclusion of the original adapters. I would have prefered to have purchased 2 of the SC adapters for $25 instead of the SC and the original. I contacted Grip Force and they said they do not sell 2 SC adapters together. I bet they have a bunch of the originals they want to get rid of and they is why they come "free". I now have 3 original adapters that I will never use, but maybe I can sell to friends. Two final things, the beavertail will not interfere with a level 3 Safariland holster, and you can install the adapter and put a Talon grip over it if you are a fan of Talon grips like I am.

Exactly what i needed
Its a pretty basic product and with really decent quality. Its nice that they include both backstraps so you can choose which fits your needs best. The unexpected thing was that i received 4 replacement pins with the grips so i'm covered with spares if i ever needed them. I would also be nice if you want to mod more than 1 gun. The finish was a little rough around the edges which is why it gets a 4 but it will work itself in or i'll smooth it out myself. On the plus side, installation was easy, instructions were easy to understand (if not refer to youtube) and it took all of 3 mins to do it. Once installed the tolerances were nice and tight and its secure on the pistol. Now my hand doesn't get anywhere close to that slide when i'm shooting.I recommend this to anyone who's hands are riding a bit too close to that slide and you don't want to get bit. You may want to take a file or some sandpaper to some of the edges to smooth it out and make the pins they profide nice and flush with the grip. The one i put in was just a hair too long so i'll probably smooth that some.

Glock grip force adaptor
I shoot with a high grip and was getting slide bit, getting a little cut in the web of my hand. I saw this product on youtube and looked it up. This grip force adaptor really delivers in two ways. First, the slide bite issue was gone instantly while still allowing me to shoot with a high grip. Secondly, the grip angle is changed, negating the "Glock Hump" that many shooters dislike. After the very easy installation, which took about 2 minutes, I noticed that the sight picture seemed automatic, before I tended to aim high and adjusted the sight picture with my hold. I tested this by closing my eyes and holding the gun out as if to shoot. The sights were lined up prefectly! I have tried this time and time again it always works. This has helped me get off that first shot quicker and more accurately and as an added bonus the follow up shots can be quicker and more accurate as well.It is not very often that you get MORE than you pay for but, the package actually contains two grip force adaptors! With only a small amount of modification I installed the second one on a sub compact Glock...same results! This little part really makes a difference, I suggest you give it a try!

pretty cool/ updated
if u like the feel of a 1911, or have problems with slide eatin up your hand, youll love these, it comes with 2. The bigger one fit perfect on my gen3 glock22 with no modification. The smaller one fit on my gen3 glock 27, with a very small amount of sanding with my wifes finger nail file, took like 5 minutes total, fits great. would recommend product, and seller , and would use them again if need arrises,,, thanks again, hope this helps,,,,,,,,,,,,, UPDATE, i should not have assumed that my grinding was gonna make the small one fit on my g27, like i put in the initial review, the large on IS great on my g22, but that little one, even with a whole lot of sanding will not fit a g27 gen3, im sure it will fit some glocks, i just dont know which ones.

Ottimo adattatore,
consigliato a chi ha le mani grandi, e corre il rischio di farsele "pizzicare" dal movimento del carrello dell'arma. Stabilizza anche il tiro migliorando la presa dell'arma.
