Love these harnesses. Have had one for my little Pomeranian since he was a puppy. Buckle is easy on off but my dog doesn’t mind wearing it all the time as well. Love the handle for my little guy, too although the smallest sizes don’t have it, which was a bummer when he was smaller.

I purchased two of these and didn't realize that it's Cap sensitive. So the 1st one is in lower case and the 2nd one is upper case.
