Sashco Big Stretch Acrylic Latex High Performance Caulking S

I live in a recently remodeled apartment on the east coast and WE HAVE ROACHES in a fact-of-life way. I had caulked under my baseboards a few times but it only held a month or so before splitting & letting the bastards back in however this caulk is incredible! Firstly the clear semi matte texture makes it INVISIBLE (landlord friendly Yw) secondly it does actually stretch and move w/the building—meaning no cracks, splits or gaps! It’s held strong about 6 months now through extreme temps! I’ll never live without this stuff

I had some caulking to do on my boat and this product was perfect. It came out smooth and easy to clean. Great stuff

Thick bead reduces to a convex shrunken recessed seal, as others have mentioned. Have not tested the stretch yet, waiting for winter or an earthquake. Accepts latex paint well. Buy it, apply thicker bead!

This goes on white, cures clear, and is paintable. It appears elastic enough to last several years and is great for outdoors.
