Shoulder length hair curls really easily. However after using it after approximately 6 times the item no longer charges. The usb cord is very short & makes it difficult to use whilst in charge mode. This has only just happened 5 days out of the 30 day window. Please can the supplier please advise if I can return for a refund or replacement

Sadly the curling tool is really hard to operate, alter and adjust. I’m also unable to recharge. An absolutely waste of money .

Is quite difficult to use if you have really long hair as no matter how small the amount of hair (unless it's less than half the recommended amount) and no matter if you have just washed (and dried) and brushed/combed through, it is very likely still going to get tangled.It won't save you much time compared to a curler/iron.I think this would work better for shorter and thinner hair.

Every one should own one if these if they like having their hair curled .. no maintenance does the job itself . Would highly recommend to all I just do loose curls but you can put the heat up and hold for longer for a more bouncy curl

This was bought for my granddaughter for her birthday.

Sucks your hair in and then supposed to release it leaving it nice and curly. The release button didn’t work in mine so it wouldn’t release my hair! Had to drag it out bit by bit or cut it off! Ruined my hair. Never, ever again!

The item I received did not even turn on so no idea if it works or not.
