Great cord length
This is my second one, though it's from a different seller. I'm hoping to get a longer life from this one. The last one started to short out after 2 years. Possibly a bad unit. It does have great cord length though so that's a positive. I won't rate this negatively based on a single product experience.

A GOOD REPLACEMENT POWER SUPPLY
This was a lot less expensive than the O.E.M. replacement and it works just as well. I have only one minor complaint - the AC power supply requires an adapter to fit the Back2Life machine. This adapter fits rather loosely when plugged into the power supply fitting. I solved the problem by using electrical tape to secure the adapter to the power supply fitting. Now, it works well. Before I taped it together, the adapter would easily disconnect from the power supply cord with any slight movement of the machine.

Worked perfectly!
We had an old back2life that stopped working because of a short in the power cord. I bought my husband a new back2life and we kept the old one. My Mom was complaining of back pain, so we gave her our old one that still needed the adapter. I ordered this one, and as soon as it arrived we plugged it in, and it runs perfectly!

It works - changable connections heads amazing
When I receive the unit the connection was a little loose fitting to my Back2Life unit. So I called and customer service is sending new changeable connection heads to solve that problem.

Other than that I love it.
Only problem I have is I have to hold the piece in with tape in order for it to stay in. Other than that I love it.
