This tumbler is amazing. I have only used it for hot (coffee) for my commute to work and, even without preheating it with hot water, it keeps my coffee hotter than anything else i have used. The size is perfect for those who want to enjoy more than one cup of coffee, and although it holds so much coffee, the bottom tapers down to fit perfectly in my car's cup holder.I would have been happy to give it five stars but I am not overly excited about the lid. In order to drink from it there is a slide mechanism on the top that sometimes falls back down when you are drinking and is difficult to keep clean. The other drawback with the lid is the opening. It is great for coffee or tea but too small if I wanted to drink a smoothy (and I often would like to). At this price I wish it was a little more versatile or came with an optional lid with a larger mouth.

The cup is very large and holds plenty of drink. Ice does not stay cold for the length of time stated. The addition of the handle is good, however, since the handle does not attach to the tumbler, it can easily fall off if you set it down too hard or if you are trying to dump out the contents of the tumbler. You had better hang on to the tumbler because it is going into the sink!

Amazing product! My husband and I are enjoying these cups so much . . . we drink green smoothies in the morning and the cups keep the smoothies nice and cold. They fit in our car cup holder . . . all in all this is a GREAT product . . . a GREAT purchase . . . and we're super happy that we tried them. I want to also make mention of the fact that I contacted the company to find out if the cups are dishwasher safe . . . and they are. My main reason for this mention, however, is the absolutely personable service from the company. That makes a HUGE difference to me . . . the level of customer care and service a company demonstrates makes me want to tell everyone about them. If you're in the market for cups like this that keep your drink cold, THIS is a great one! Great company and this product is new and there improving it as customer request. I think will be a great product once they get there new lids which on the way. The one now is loose and leaked at first till I turned the ring opposite way then leaking when you drink stopped. But lid is loose and if tips over may come off. There getting new ones and would love to try it so can redo review. There great company so eventually the product will be perfect i'm sure. The cup itself is great and the handle ok it does slide off sometimes but maybe heating will help to make it stick to the cup. Great company with great upcoming product.

First, let me be the first to say that much of the features of the cup are outstanding. It does all it promises and is a work horse as a mug. I'd give it perfect reviews save for the lid/top. Doesn't fit very snugly and sip holes is sort of basic If the sun hits it in the right spot, the top becomes a blinding reflecting mirror. Wish there was a slightly better model, would have been worth an extra two bucks for a metal burnished lid with a better sip hole. Not a bad product at all and keeps beverages hot or cold as advertised.I amend the review above to include the following: The folks at the company provided a new "re-designed" lid that they promise will be included in all new shipments. Rock solid fit, Now I feel as if I got a superior deal as this cup can now compete with any of the big named like Yeti, etc. Then they contacted me to see if the lid fit. Instead of apologies, I got RESULTS. Now that's what I call 'above and beyond' customer service.

I found this cup to be well made and sturdy. It was very large and could hold a lot of water. I wanted this one because it came with a handle and with the large size of the cup, it would be difficult to hold without a handle. I was disappointed in the handle because the edge of the handle has groves cut into it which dug into the palm of my hand and hurt while holding the cup. I bought it specifically to put in my car but unfortunately it did not fit into my cup holder. I gave it away to my son to use.

I read quite a few reviews before purchasing this product. First if I want something that is going to keep coffee hot all day and completely spill proof I would have purchased a true thermos. That being said it keeps the coffee hot for the period it states if you have a sip left don't expect to be hot six hours later but it will still be warm. Haven't used it for cold drinks yet but that's not what I purchased it for.Also Shadmon tip on putting hot water in the Tumbler before putting in coffee to get the tumbler works to keep the coffee piping hit for a longer period before cooling down. Their customer service is great my tumbler came with the lid slid broken and they sent one out immediately I received it in two day. I liked it so much I bought a second one after their promotional price was over.

I bought this in April, and I use it every day. I take it with me everywhere. Great insulation keeps my iced drinks cool for hours. Great capacity: I can put almost a full tray of ice in and a 16 ounce soft drink. Fits in my car cup holder, doesn't stick or slide around.. But the best part is, the cup does not sweat! I use it at my desk at work. No more dripping into the keyboard (I used to ruin 1 or 2 keyboards a year with sweaty cups). The only down side is that the ice doesn't melt nearly as fast. I used to get my water consumption flavored by soft drinks: 1 tray ice is about 16 ounces. So now I have to alternate and drink water more intentionally (which is probably better for me anyway).
