Badd. Don't waste you money..
This review is a bit long.This is the worst defective laptop. Do not buy. I did not buy this laptop from Amazon but through Dell's website. But there is no review option in Dell's official website. I do not want anyone to go through the horrible experience I went through with Dell. The laptop started giving problems within the first fifteen days of purchase. It has been crashing since day one with the blue screen of death (bsod) I have taken several pictures of it. It also had problems with the laptop battery and the charger battery overheating even with proper ventilation. There was also a problem with the display as the screen used to glitch and when it used to, the performance was incredibly slow and I couldn't work on it. We called Dell's support team multiple times for a resolution but all they did was give lame excuses and did not do anything that helped for the next 3 months and the laptop only got worse. We asked for replacement but they said it was not possible even when the laptop was under warranty because they said that there was nothing wrong with their laptop. We send them many screenshots. We had even bought a 3 year extra warranty. But they were not willing to replace the laptop or even escalate the problem. We had to fight with them and after a lot of calls they finally took some action and called us to their service centre and they took the laptop and even argued with us at the service centre saying that nothing is wrong with it. They took the laptop and called us after 3 days and had the audacity to ask us to pay more money to get the laptop repaired even when it was Dell's fault and they cheated us. Then they wrote an email saying that the updated a few drivers and that's it. We already did all of that. They are making us go through the same thing again till the warranty expires. Did not expect this crappy service from a company like Dell. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP!
