Residue left behind in cups/glasses from ice. Soaked trays in warm, soapy water again and again and again AND AGAIN but the residue remains so I'm returning these trays. What is that residue!?!?!?!?! They are also not so easy to remove, you have to remove the mold like it was a wax covering.

I have wondered for a while now if I was missing out on something in my whiskey experience, and yes, yes I have. I like to drink neat occasionally but mostly I like on the rocks. Using multiple ice cubes waters down the whiskey too much for me though. And don't get me started on the stones. In fact, it was the fact that those were such a complete failure that put me off trying anything else new for quite a while. I finally broke down and got these trays and I am so pleased that I did. I was sure that I would probably mess it up and wind up making a mess, but the very first try I made a great set of ice balls (of course the squares and hexagons worked well too, but those aren't the tricky ones, now are they). It was way easier than I thought it would be. AND it was way better of an experience too. Both the balls and the squares are the perfect size (I use the squares for a slightly larger pour) and they melt so much slower than multiple cubes from your normal ice trays which means a better overall blend. I am so happy with these and I look forward to using them more!

These seemed like a neat idea, but they are very floppy and don't retain their shape very well after the first use. It's somewhat difficult to get the cubes to come out like is shown without washing them individually and kind of shaping them with warm hands and removing the excess mold marks.

These cubes are much smaller than I thought they would be and only one tray comes with a lid. I returned immediately. Good for anyone who wants smaller cubes but I was expecting much larger spheres and cubes.

Purchased for the whiskey drinkers in the house that didn't want their cocktail diluted. I really like the variety. Trays are easy to use. Be sure the pieces are firmly in place however.

Cumbersome to use. Ice does not come out easily. Silicone topper is flimsy and therefore harder to put on. They should make the top hard material. One key is to not fill the cube slots to the top.

Perfect for my whiskey 🥃 aficionado. Also cute in girlie drinks. Win-win.

Spheres and hexagons are 5 out of 5 but the cubes never come out perfect and the are hard to take out of the mold once frozen
