Q: Is it orange and blue, like the picture?

Yes. At least the ones I received were the same color.

Q: How many balls are included?

The description says "sold as each", so it's just one.

Q: Can this be used as a keychain?

Sure...it would be on the large side for that (my guess is a 2 inch diameter), but it would stand out in the bottom of a purse :).

Q: Are these like Koosh balls?

Yes! That is what I use them for. We play a game on my classroom Smartboard with them. They didn't last long, though. Two of mine fell apart after about two years.
