Genuine Phonak Closed Smokey Domes Size = Medium by Phonak

I don't know what's going on here , but these are not same size or color as the genuine phonak domes that I just received from a factory authorized hearing aid seller. These are a millimeter or two smaller and Instead of a smokey semi clear color these are solid dark gray. Also , silicone is thicker / harder on these , not as pliable , definitely of lesser quality . Looks to me like these are knock offs .

Great domes for my hearing aids. These are the exact ones I get from my audiologist. Once I found them on Amazon, I just kept re-ordering from here. The price is great and I get it in two days. There are two small pinpoint openings on the side and made of a soft flexible silicone material. I face the pinpoint holes up and forward so I don't get that plugged up feeling. It helps with feedback and fits comfortably in my ear.

First time ordering on line, but product was exactly what I needed, and the size was perfect.

I would give these zero stars but unfortunately I have to give it 1 star so I can post my review. These so called medium domes are TINY. They are so small they literally just pop right back out of your ears.. I would love to return them but it looks like they came from Canada so the postage would probably cost about as much as the domes. I have been using medium domes from my audiologist and they are perfect. Guess I'll go back to him even though they cost a little more at my audiologist at least they actually fit.
