Paid extra for the stained one, wished I hadn’t. The bench is ok if a little flimsy but the paint finish is rubbish. Contacted the supplier to get more paint only to be told “ We can confirm the photos have been received and reviewed. Unfortunately we have no spare parts available in the warehouse at this time. As this was not purchased directly from us but from an Amazon Vendor. As per our seller agreement with Amazon, all customer service issues are handled by their Customer Service Team or the seller of the item.” Only option with Amazon is to return.

Quite a few knots, share bits, wood is thin and and doesn’t feel so durable. Not so confident how long this will last outside.

Assembling the product is difficult… as the holes for the screws do not line up properly, meaning there are gaps between pieces that clearly shouldn’t be there. Cheap and poorly made.

I wasn't sure whether this had already been returned or whether damage was due to poor quality of product. Loads of rough edges, splits in wood, places where paint had come off or hadn't been applied properly. I kept it as too much hassle to return and style and colour was hard to find. Irony is, will need to be sanded and repainted, so I could have bought something similar in another colour that was better quality.

Bought to replace same style Adirondack set which was old but had been solid, of strong structure and well finished wood, and it lasted 15 years in all weathers. This replacement was a poor version in every way. It’s rough to touch, will need sanding and re surfacing. It’s thin softwood, flimsy and cheap looking. Would return if if it were practical to. I was just glad they delivered to Channel Islands as my first choices did not. Prefer to spend more for better quality.
