I've had this for a couple of weeks now so it has had time to get in to my system. I'd seen Ashwaganda advertised before but never really knew enough about it.I don't always sleep very well and this has definitely improved this. However, the main benefit I have had from this is the positive effect on my facial Neuralgia.I've had this condition for a few years and this supplement has reduced the tight feeling on my facial nerve and there is less pain.This is overall an excellent supplement and I shall definitely be purchasing again.

Really effective- better than hoped for tbh. Was upset to see a huge hike in price in 5 days - I mean £7 increase. Will make me think twice but have to say they are very impressive

Really struggled with problems sleeping which resulted in a twitching eye but these tablets make me sleep so much better. I wake up feeling rested and makes me feel calm during the day. Recommended to all my friends and nice taste.

Those tablets works! my sleep quality is better after couple days of use.I've bought it mainly for ashwagandha, but the addition of lavender and camomille seems enhansing its effect.
