Mega Red Book 7th Edition (The Official Red Book)

I wanted some history and background on American coins, not just prices like the blue or regular red books. There's plenty of it in this book, relatively well-written and all the detail I needed about the various coin issues: how they came to be, how they changed, what errors are out there. Also, detailed grading guides on major coin types with photos. A must have for a coin collector or someone who comes across old coins metal detecting.

I will try to keep this as concise into the point. This book has so much data in it , you'd wish every addition was this way. And how it has details andetails and list and clearly laid out. This desk reference reference, Is a constant use At my numismatic table.. Honestly it is the best Version of the book that they've come out with. You wish that all the other redbooks were exactly like this . Honestly I think it's a little bit too much information but when you're looking for a Deluxe edition With clearly laid out charts And mental information and error information this is the place to go

Mega Red delivers quality and detail beyond the good ol' Red Book. Yes, it's heavy and bulky, but it's packed with exceptional information for beginners and experienced coin collectors.
