I love these vitamins because they are chewable. I take a lot of vitamins so it’s nice to have a couple that I do not need to swallow. They actually taste really good. I can remember having something similar when I was a child.

I didn't know which Omega I needed so I got this; it covers so many. I like the taste, but need to watch the age of the product. When I got a FRESH batch, the flavor was out of this world better! I don't even know how old the previous batches I had. They still tasted ok, but the FRESH one, wow. Kind of expensive, overpriced, in my opinion, like everything else...

I have been using the "American Health Super Acerola Plus 500 Gram Vitamin C Chewable wafers" for over 40 years off and on when I can find them at a reasonable cost. I discovered back in the 70s upon taking 2 grams daily that I got an extra energy boost from them. I forgot to take them one day and ran out of gas about 10am just working in my yard doing ongoing pick and shovel landscaping projects. Working 8 plus hours a day doing hard physical labor was routine for me and being gassed out by 10am had never happened before. When I figured out the only thing different that day was my missing Vitamin C dose and not believing that would be the difference, a half hour after taking the dose I was back to my full energy self and finished out the day! Don't ask me to explain that! Another discovered miracle health benefit was instant salvation from a sore throat. For over 3 months I had a very severe ongoing sore throat that just would not go away. Several "Urgent-Care" trips to Kaiser resulted in their insistence it was a virus, there was nothing they could do, and it would eventually go away on its own! After 3 months I had become desperate. I remembered Vitamin C back then as being touted to relieve a lot of health issues, among them Colds and sore throats. I filled a sandwich bag with dozens of the chewables, and all day long while at work I popped a few of them into my mouth every few minutes like candy. BY THE END OF THE FIRST DAY MY SORE THROAT WAS GONE AND WITHOUT A TRACE!! I continued that routine over the next week and stopped. My sore throat never came back, and I have never had anything like that happen again. The only Con is the very high cost through Amazon at 15.5 cents a tablet which is way over twice the 6.3 cents each I have long been paying my normal supplier. Since Covid happened, my regular supplier is always "out-of-stock" with no due date available, but Amazon appears to have no problem keeping them in stock.

These are not the big wafers that I was expecting. Also the flavor is not quite the same as the big wafers. Still good, but not the same.

Great taste and texture. Love these.

We have one of these every other day. Seems to work fine, can make me cough a little. I prefer this to the Vitamin C packets that have to be dissolved. I don't believe people have to take the full recommended amount every day unless you're sick. My opinion.
