I had such HIGH hopes for this brush after all of the Instagram Videos! Sadly, it was not at all like the videos for me. I have FINE shoulder length wavy hair. It did not remove tangles easily at all, in fact... it seem to PAINFULLY PULL MY HAIR OUT! Not at all a pleasant experience. I will stick with my WET BRUSH, as it gently removes any tangles while still leaving your hair safely tangle free with no PULLING OUT or damage. RETURNED for a REFUND as I do not feel it is as described. :( Sorry!

Okay so I seriously never write reviews, but this brush deserves one. I bought this for myself, but as soon as I unpackaged it, my 3 cats were all over me. I brushed one of them, who has really thick hair and gets mats occasionally, for 45 minutes and you would not believe the amount of hair I got off of him. He looked like he was in heaven! I used it on all 3, and when I finally was able to try it out on myself, ( the hair comes right out of it and none stays stuck in the brush), I understood why they like it so much. It feels great on your scalp! The bristles are just the right amount of rigid enough so they penetrate through all your hair but it doesn't hurt your scalp. I'm going to be buying another one so I can have it to myself, but if you have pets, especially ones with thick hair, I would highly recommend this brush. You probably should get two!!

The “bristles” are hard plastic so it is not only painful to your scalp, it is also very hard to run through well conditioned, and even already brushed hair! I wouldn’t wish this brush upon my worst enemy. I would have returned but was so hype when I got it, I threw away the box.. booooo

I can't believe I'd ever used any other brush! Works wonders with a blow dryer or on dry gnarly hair. I have long thick hair and it's been quite unkempt while staying home so much. It quickly untangled those sneaky rough clumps at the top of my neck from sleeping with my hair down. Pain free and doesn't break strands! I put in barely any effort using light strokes and didn't need to pull tirelessly like normally. Sleek strands in a jiffy! I think I'll order my mum one as well.

Love this brush! Can't recommend it enough! Got tangles out of my niece's super fine hair in less than 5 minutes with no pain from pulling hair! I was using a regular hair brush prior to trying this one and it was awful!

Fantastic product! Initially I was reluctant...yet another hair brush but it proved to be the best brush I ever used!!! It’s great for blow drying or just day to day use, no more breaking my hair, no static and getting a scalp massage as well!Looking to get a smaller, purse version now!

I was looking for a brush specifically for blow-drying. This brush works great! I have 4a natural hair and when I used this brush the blow-dry is handled the tension of my curls very well nicely. It got it smooth and dry quickly. My favorite part is the vented back. This makes the hair dry even quicker.

Ive been using these detanglers for years now and needed a replacement for my old one. I was pretty excited when I found out they had come out with a newer version of my old one with a handle. I live it. It makes detangling my hair a breeze.

I have thick hair, a strong tendency to frizz (the waves are beautiful, the frizz looks damaged). I want to smooth them out and not spend 30 minutes drying my hair. So I need a brush to speed up the process. The wind brushes do the job for the drying speed, but ALL of them damage my hair and not very good for straightening. When I tried the fist version of this brush (still for sale on the official website), I stopped finding broken hair on the floor. I was delighted, even though I found it hard on my scalp. The fist version is like a multi-comb mounted on a brush, the shape of the teeth and the quality of manufacture don't damage your hair. Except that it's not waterproof; during cleaning, water seeps into the brush. Even if after a while it's draining, it's disturbing. The teeth of the first version of this brush are completely rigid, so it's hard on the scalp. This is why I used it less often and took my wooden brush which was much less effective for drying time.This, is definitely an update. The configuration of the teeth is better, tin and softer, and the two parts look solid, because when cleaning there is no water inside the brush. Drying is faster and significantly less painful, if used correctly. On this subject, I must respond to recurring negative opinions. Amazon site AND the official site make it clear that this is NOT a detangling brush. FYI, 2 good value for money: Tangle Teezer Wet Detangler brush for frequent cleaning (house), and cool models, On-The-Go, for handbag ... Also on Amazon ... These are brushes in good quality plastic, but it's still plastic. They are worth their price. Definitely a great buy!

It is great for thick corse hair (even thought the box said ideal for thin to medium hair) no tangles while drying hair.
