The biblical principles and applications are vital for younger and older woman who long to grow in their relationship with Christ. This study book helps to point out many ways to change thinking patterns into new opportunities for healing and transformation. I especially enjoy the fun activities included in the study!!

Beautiful You! (Inside and Out) is a wonderful, activity-filled journey based on the Book of Esther showing women (from teens to older) how to grow in their relationship with God. Beautiful You teaches women to focus on their external as well as their spiritual "look". Beautiful You digs into the book of Esther showing how she solved her problems and gives tools for women to solve modern day problems like: solving conflicts, discerning qualities of friends or a husband, and giving tools on how to walk closer with God. I love the activities and the study guide. Beautiful You would be a great book and study guide for churches to use to teach ladies to value themselves as children of God. I cannot say enough about the way reading this book made me feel as a woman. I pray that each church with women's groups consider teaching the concepts found in the biblically based Beautiful You.

Our ladies bible study just finished this book. We had a various ages in our group and we all took something from it to guide us to live our lives in God's light. We had very active discussions on how God worked in Esther's life as well as our own. The work book led us through each verse so we could discover just how God worked to use Esther and the people surrounding her to their full true purpose. We shared our stories, laughed together, prayer together and became stronger women God could be proud of!

If you want an in-depth and theologically sound bible study for women, I highly recommend Beautiful You! (Inside and Out!) The author takes a wholistic approach at teaching women God's desire for living a godly life. Working through and completing this study will help women understand their new nature in Christ, strengthen one's faith by the study of Scripture, and provide transforming biblical values for every woman.
