Great exfoliation but terrible moisturizer
I have noticed some scaly patches on my legs. After researching, I decided to add Urea to my skincare regimen. I have only been using a few days and the scaly patches seem to be getting better. So the exfoliation properties are definitely there. However, this is not moisturizing at all. It makes skin very sticky and when it dries my skin loks ashy and dry. I think I may use this only at night and will use my regular lotion during the day.

It works very well on our dry skin
I bought the Urea Cream 40 Plus 2% Salicylic Acid Cream for my 16 year old daughter who has keratosis pilaris for many years. It works very well and my girl's skin condition improved a lot after using 2 bottles. It is also good for my dry skin. I bought a lot more bottles this time and have my friend in USA to deliver them to me at Hong Kong. I hope there could be delivery service to HK in the future.

Salicylic Acid may be the key to this cream's success
Satisfied with this product. I have been using this cream for two weeks. It is hard to tell if I have experienced real tangible results, but I think I have. I have many corns / calluses on both feet due to my foot not being positioned in a shoe correctly. This has been my whole life and I don't choose to get foot surgery. I recently went to a podiatrist and had her pare the corns. I bought this product as a follow-up to my care. She did not specifically recommend this product, but she did say that she really likes urea cream. This may be the highest percentage of urea in a cream without a prescription. I feel like the salicylic acid really adds to the potency of this product. You have to be careful, though, to not get it on non-corn areas of the skin. My fingers were getting very dry with applying it to my feet so I put hand cream on them after applying the Urea 40 Plus. I bought the two 4 ounce jars (8 ounces) and am glad that I did. I will probably purchase this product again.

This works well for dry, cracked feet.
I get very dry, cracked and calloused feet especially if i wear sandals or when the air is dry in the winter. I've used various moisturizers and creams but they only provide temporary relief from itching and pain. This urea and salicylic acid cream is quite effective at both moisturizing and removing dry skin if I apply it to my feet each morning after showering, then covering with socks. It took me about a week of doing this to get rid of most of the irritating skin. As a supplement, you can soak your feet in a combination of generic Listerine, white vinegar and warm water. It sounds odd but it works to quickly soften rough and painful cracked and dry feet, Google it for details.

Buy it Use it, You'll like how it clears up callouses and other skin bumps
Urea 30 cream was recommended by dermatologist. I saw this cream and chose to try it instead. I have a bump on my knee cap that looked like a wart. He said no, It was more of a callous, about silver dollar size. It was white and scratchy. After 2 weeks of sporadic use, the callous is now abot the size of a quarter. I have no doubt that using the cream more vigilantly will result in the callous being gone in a few more weeks. This product really does work, quite well. Does not take a lot, one jar of the 4 oz size is plenty. I probably could have done without the 2% salicylic acid add in, but there was some question of a wart, so I opted for that.

NO SALICYLIC ACID in this product
There is NO SALICYLIC ACID in this product - read the ingredients very carefully in the pictures shown. It's not there. It's also not in the ingredients listed on the product...which don't match those shown on the product page either. Very poor marketing, and it's not clear what is in the containers I received.

especially where there are severe and painful cracks in the skin
This cream is well-priced and works wonders for dry skin, including that on the soles of feet, especially where there are severe and painful cracks in the skin. I once brought in on my carry-on case for an overseas plane ride with my sister, as she could barely walk because of the pain on her feet and I wanted her to use it right away. But don't do this, because the TSA confiscated it! Anyway, I had an extra in my submitted baggage, and when we arrived at our destination, my sister used it and was free of all pain and discomfort within hours!!!
