This is a great book for a beginner, but I was really hoping for something a little more indepth.It's a basic black/white softcover book, with some good information for someone just starting out and wanting easy ideas on what to do with their kitchen herbs.

Great book to have on hand for all kinds of things, perfect for people who try to stay away from nasty medicines!!!
