I am a tennis coach ,with a wealth of experience in junior’s tennis teaching. I will introduce how to use our “Pikasen” rackets in 5 steps which can increase their interest and skills rapidly: 1:Prepare 9 inch size balloon: Prepare a 9 inch balloon before the training. The advantage is the balloon has a bigger diameter and runs much slower than soft tennis ball/foam ball, your children can hit the ball easily with much fun and happiness. It can also improve children’s agility 2:Ball holding exercise: Kids hold the racket and keep the racket face 90 degrees up and down to the body and put the balloon still on the racket.Let the kids move around, try to control the ball and not to let balloon get off the racket.Repeat the exercise 10 times x 3 groups 3:Ball up-down exercise: After the step 2 exercising, we can change the next movements:holding the racket, keeping racket face up and body into 90 degrees, up and down the balloon, remind the children to control their strength, try not to let the balloon land or drift away. Repeat the exercise 10 times x 3 groups 4:Ball-Pushing exercise: Parents stand in front of children, gently push the balloon to children, let them use their racket to push the balloon back to the parents, parents catch the balloon and then push to the children, in cycle, repeat practice 10 times x 3 groups 5:Foam Ball practice: After practicing for some times in the above steps, parents may consider continuing their training by using a red ball(stage 3 ball 75mm size) or foam ball. Tennis Sport is a very meaningful parent-child activities, I believe that your children will love tennis under their parents accompanying Package Content: 1x Tennis Racket 1x Metal Tennis Pendant 1x Shoulder Strap Bag

Perfect size for 40” tall girl
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Our 4yo started using our racquets which are nearly as long as she is tall. Once we got her a proper sized racquet she really took off. She spends lots of energy which is great because we all sleep better
