My child is not defective
I was justly skeptical when I bought this book. I was really looking for a book that would help build social skills. I got as far as page 7, and my child's lack of social skills was called a "DEFECT". Like what? My child is not defective. He has a unique brain. He will always be neuro-diverse even after he gains social skills. Books are in the trash!

This is not easy for her to understand! Just the same old stuff!
Disappointed! I thought this was going to be a workbook with simple instructions and pictures for my child to understand life skills better. Instead it's another book for me to read and teach her things in the same old way! I need something that she can have to let her let her teach herself. Not just me giving her constant instructions!!!!

Do Not Buy This
This book is really going to piss off alot of autistic people. Im barely into it and Im already pissed off. Like there is something so wrong with autistics that they need to be “fixed”. Who bought this lady a thesaurus and made her think she knew any thing about autistics. How dare you pass yourself off as an expert. Lady you havnt got a clue. Your archaic notions are absolutely disturbing. WOW.
