My family has used these for generations. They are healing, perfect for repairing skin conditions, restoring glow, diminishing scaring and for keeping up with your silk routein (If you have cotton allergies).Tips; Soak in boiling Spring water overnight so you always have them ready, I keep a crystal container of ready soaked cocoons on my bathroom counter at home and on vacation at all times. Put your face wash directly on cocoon and proceed to wash face in a circular motion. Your face will be silky to the touch and smell fantastic. (If you do have skin issues a prebiotic face wash and supplement can help you heal faster). Rince face w warmed Spring water, if you’re prone to dryness let the water dry on face to lock in moisture, if not use a silk towel to pat face dry. A 100% silk pillowcase will do in a pinch. Never use cotton on face. Repeat everytime you wash face for youthful skin for the rest of your life. My mother looked 20 at 49 as did my Great Aunts and all 4 Grandparents.
