Unfortunately this is just not very well made. First one received was DOA, and the second one arrived in working capacity, but within a week one of the foot rollers snapped or something; it’s literally just missing now.The heat and compression are spot on, just about perfect, but the rollers themselves are incredibly hard, and like many of these cheaper ones are just those weird hard rollers with tons of small bumps on it, which doesn’t feel too bad on the arch, in fact it’s a bit too weak on pressure there, but the ones that hit the balls of my feet honestly kind of hurt and don’t feel very pleasant at all. I’ve had other shiatsu massagers that better mimic actual hand pressure, the plastic is a little softer and the y don’t use a lot of little bumps, this does not mimic anything natural at all. Still I’d almost say it’s still worth it if I trusted its longevity a little bit more, but as is I’d recommend spending a little more for a better built system.

This foot massager is wonderful. Hubby works long hours and is on his feet all day he looks forward to getting a great foot massage and the best part is you can take out the sock inserts and was them between uses to keep the machine looking and smelling its best. This provides almost instant pain relief so you can relax and feel the relief after being in foot all day. It's very easy to use just adjust according to what pressure you desire and you can choose heat or no heat. This is what every hard worker needs

Not for people with high arches or wide feet. I wear a size 13 which I figured might be too big but my feet fit in ok. It hurt my heel pretty bad and the top of the arch of my foot was just on the plastic.

We love this!! It is one of the best purchases that I have made this year. I was looking for a foot massager that would massage the top of my feet, as well as the bottom, and this massager is it. My daughter is on her feet all day at work, and she uses it when she gets home. She loves it as well as I do. I highly recommend this product. You won't regret buying it.

This was a great product. Only reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars is that it could really use a remote. Otherwise, the heat and massage features are great!

The hard shiatsu nobs are very hard and can be painful. Softer shiatsu nobs would provide a better massage experience.

I am pretty sure I’m addicted to using this. It’s so relaxing! There are 3 modes (red, blue and green). Green really gets the ball of your foot well, Blue does a better job on my heels and arch, and Red really gets the whole foot. I find I use that mode the most. There is also an option for heating. I find it gets too warm with the heat option so I often leave that off. Lastly you can adjust the intensity. The lowest intensity is still quite strong. I find the most comfortable intensity level is the lowest.I ordered this for myself for Mother’s Day and am so glad I did. Would absolutely purchase again!

Bought it for my wife because she was having foot cramp and soreness due to working every single day, Got this for mother's day. She likes it and its been working very well. The different modes will take some time to get used to but it works seamlessly once you learned how to use it. I would say it gets a little bit noisy but thats not a deal breaker at all.
