This product has lovely packaging, a great sustainablity model and a variety of flavours to suit a number of different preferances. However, after trying the four different (Chill, Work, Protect and Sleep) options, I noticed that the initial enjoyable flavour at the beginning changes as the drink gets warmer to the point where the drink becomes offputting. Personally, I prefer the Protect and Chill over the others and would highly recommend drinking right out of the fridge or from a chilled glass in order to not waste any product.

This set of 12, 330ml cans by Mude are a low calorie (40) sparkling drink that is designed to relax you.The relaxation is based on the natural ingredients of Chamomile and Ashwagandha, now where I’ve heard of Chamomile and have had such in herbal teas over the years I’ve never heard of Ashwagandha before. Ashwagandha is a plant part of the nightshade family it usually grows in the Middle East and parts of Africa and India. It is thought that this plant can calm the brain and support the immune system, so the combination of the two is a potent herbal mix fully aimed at relaxation. While none of these benefits have been proven I do think replacing your caffeine loaded fizzy pop with E numbers for this natural plant based drink is a step towards better health.Taste wise as you will have guessed it isn’t sweet, it smells better than it tastes and the best way to summarise the taste is like fizzy chamomile tea! Which I like! Unfortunately for me I found it too fizzy so didn’t enjoy it so much.This is a pleasant drink that falls into the health based category, it is enjoyable but for me too fizzy. I can’t comment on price as at the time of this review it is unavailable but if you like chamomile tea and are looking for an alternative fizzy drink I’d say this is worth a try.

Difficult to describe the taste. No one likes it.

The most important thing about this drink, for me, was always going to be the taste. Regardless of how healthy or eco-friendly or ‘zen’ or different it was, if it tasted good to me I would rate it, and if it didn’t, I wouldn’t. So that’s why I’m giving it five stars- I really like the taste.It’s a light, refreshing, fairly zingy bubbly drink, along the lines of other brands’ “sparkling water with a hint of fruit juice” drinks. But it’s not immediately obvious, to taste, what the “hint of” really is here. Without the ingredients list, you’d be hard-pushed to tell. There’s a hint of aloe vera maybe, but without the bitter leafy taste that aloe vera drinks sometimes suffer from. It’s a little bit lemony, a little bit cucumbery, a touch elderflower-like, but not strongly any of those. But as a balanced flavour, it works really well.It’s a little sweet, but not excessively sugary. It’s easy to drink in fairly big gulps.In the pack of twelve that I got, one of the twelve cans had been marginally punctured in transit somehow so I ended up with eleven drinkable cans, and one I had to throw away. The aluminium of the can could arguably be a little bit thicker for transit, but on the other hand it’s more eco-friendly if it’s thinner so I’m not going to begrudge them for one bumped can in transit.I’ve already worked my way through several of these cans. The price for a pack of twelve isn’t currently showing on the site, but assuming it’s not too excessive, I reckon I’ll be ordering more.

Doesn’t taste great, tried different flavours and they’re all rather disappointingI tried the play, work, chill and protect flavours with the protect being my favourite. Very nice and sustainable packaging which clearly states the contents and way in which it was made. Sadly, for me the play, work and chill flavours were not to my tasteI didn’t feel any difference, didn’t help me relax or sleepI am not clear about the benefits of including branch chain amino acids in a drink. If you eat enough, your body should not need them, so maybe you should be spending that £2 on some protein in your lunch instead?At £25.00 for a pack of 12 is very steep, this works out at roughly £2 a can! If it worked then I wouldn't mind paying this price but it didn't for me and I just hated the taste.So not my cup of tea I'm afraid, just because it didn't do anything for me, isn't to say that it wouldn't work for you!

So for the observant of you who have checked out my photos prior to reading, you'd have noticed only eleven cans in the main photo. That was because one of my cans had been damaged in transit and had subsequently leaked, luckily not in my house. These things happen so I'm not going to let that impact on the review.This is an unusual soft drink, but in a good way. Poured into a glass, it has the appearance of a cloudy apple juice and a sweet smell that reminded me of Red Bull.On drinking it is mildly carbonated and the initial taste as it hits your tongue is is quite watery and confusing given the scent. That taste then develops into an unusual floral aftertaste that is very nice.I can't say I felt any calmer after drinking as the can claims to make you feel but I did enjoy it and it made a pleasant change to the usual suspects of soft drinks. If you are after a floral and unusual drinking experience then this is worth a go.

This tastes weird. Seriously weird. I can't even describe it. It's hard to achieve any sort of relaxation with a drink which tastes so weird. Not for me.

I don't know the price of these as it isn't showing at the moment. These little cans are nice though. Not too sweet, pleasant light taste, and I think they do relax me? I had a can when I was feeling really stressy having just run around town doing errands, and the sit down combined with the can really did seem to calm me down. The ingredients are good quality, so I would recommend these.
