CONCEPT OF ANXIETY

Absolutely Beautiful
This book definitely starts off a little weird. I'm not a christian myself, so I found it a little odd to read. But once the ball gets rolling, it is nothing but absolute beauty.Kierkegaard, or should I say Vigilius Haufniensis, got me straight in the heart in this one, especially in the last chapter.

So wonderful when good ideas are well put
Fabulous. Every bit what I expected, and more. So wonderful when good ideas are well put.

One of Kierkegaard's marterpieces
Indeed, you'd better read Dane philosopher S. A. Kierkegaard. His sharp eyes penetrates (modern)man's mental deseases as well as the sin. In former days, I read his "The Sickness unto Death" and praised him highly. Also Dr. Hannay's translation is very good and reliable. Highly recommendable book!

Worth reading
Not the most important pseudonymous work but has some key passages eg about the identity of the sins of cowardice and pride. The coarse texture of the paper in the softback edition takes a bit of getting used to.

Excellent translation of an excellent work
This is a great work of Kierkegaard’s - just fascinating thoughts. I don’t know Danish, but it seems like the translator does a great job of maintaining Kierkegaard’s style, knowing that he is both a philosopher and a poet.
