Works but it generally not like for like
I have fitted this but it is different to all the other blinds I have that use this mechanism (I have 4).Once installed works well and is good value.just check your brackets if you only want to swap the mech itself. You need to fit all of this to make it work

Absolutely rubbish!
Probably fitted 30/40 roller blinds in the past. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. The instructions (see item online) are for a completely different item. No instructions in packaging for this one. No spring loaded end, therefore cannot fit, and cord end has no way of securing to its bracket. After an hour have ‘lost the will to live’ and haven’t even the bloody strength to return the item. BUYER BEWARE!HAVE BEEN FORCED TO GIVE A ONE STAR RATING AS ITS THE ONLY WAY AMAZON WOULD ALLOW ME TO POST THE REVIEW.

No instructions
No instructions included, those on Amazon do not relate to product sold, The end fittings do not fit on 25mm diameter metal pole (with recess for sliding blind on pole) - same pole as in product pictures . Item on bottom row of prduct picture not included and one screw missing. Please help.

Saved a 2.8m blind
Purchased to mend a large kitchen blind after the plastic wall bracket broke. This was a straight replacement but with the metal inserts will be FAR more durable.
