- ★ BUST PLATEAUS ★ - Regular bumper plates are great for lifting and dropping and getting your regular CrossFit workout in. But if you are looking to bust some plateaus and say goodbye to old PRs, Synergee Fractional Plates are where it is at. By increasing your weights by 0.25 kg at a time, you can make small incremental weights on a regular basis, which will translate to bigger gains over time!
- ★ STELLAR GRIP ★ - Our steel change plates are fitted with bright rubber to a) allow their weight to be identified easily from afar and b) give them an awesome grip on your barbell. The opening is 2 inches, and it is perfect for any standard barbell. Throw em' on our Games Bar and clamp one of our Aluminum Barbell Collars on the end, and you're ready to lift!
- ★ WHAT'S IN THE PACKAGE ★ - Each package of Synergee Fractional Plates comes with 4 plates total. One package contains 1 pair of each weight: 0.125 kg, 0.25 kg.

Fractional Plates come with 2 pairs of plates; 2 plates at 0.125 kg, 2 plates at 0.25 kg. They can also be purchased with our Change Plates. Our plates are made from steel* and covered in a rubber coating to add longevity and provide a firm hold on your barbell. Each plate is painted with bright, beautiful colors to a) look great and b) help you add the right weight because the color makes them easy to identify, even from afar! The 2-inch opening makes it compatible with any standard barbell -- although, we think it looks best with our Games or Rhino Bar. *Note: the 0.125 kg plate is made entirely of rubber to maintain its light weight*
