Nature's WayReishi, Standardized, 376 mg, 100 Vegetarian Capsules

My partner has HIV, and a friend of our's (who also has HIV) recommended taking the Reishi mushroom (a.k.a. Ganoderma Lucidum), which is widely reputed in Asia to strengthen the immune system. Our friend said that it gave him energy and improved his appetite. (He uses several of the Organo Gold products)We looked on Amazon, and found this affordably priced product, which apparently contains the same active ingredient as the Organo Gold products (Reishi mushroom). Much to our surprise and delight, within 30 days of taking this, my partner ALSO began to feel MUCH more energetic, and his appetite increased as well! He is looking and feeling MUCH healthier, and is finally starting to gain weight and muscle-tone! (which is very difficult for someone with HIV).We also tried the much more expensive "Duanwood Reishi" (Ron Teeguarden's Dragon Herbs Duanwood Reishi), but my partner said he didn't notice feeling any different when taking that one vs. taking the Nature's Way product (both make him feel great), so now he is back to taking this product which is much more affordably priced.I'm not a doctor, and I don't know WHY or HOW this works, but it does seem to have made a SIGNIFICANT improvement in my partner's health! Consequently, I would heartily recommend for anyone who is immunocompromised to give this a try! Even if the benefits are just psycho-somatic (which I don't believe), what does it hurt?Note: you are supposed to take TWO of these TWICE per day, so purchase accordingly. My partner actually takes half that dose, since he is already taking so many other medicines. We don't want to strain his kidneys any more than we already are. We now have a "subscription" set up with Amazon to automatically send 2 bottles every 3 months, which works out just about right. (with about 20 capsules left over at the end of the 3 months, assuming he doesn't miss any doses)UPDATE: After over 4 months of taking the Reishi mushroom, my partner just got his bloodwork done, and discovered that his T-Cells, which have been hovering between 0 and 200 for the last 10 years, are now over 400!! This would seem to confirm that the benefits of Reishi are NOT just psycho-somatic! He is still feeling great, and is continuing to gain muscle mass, due to the fact that all the extra energy he has had lately prompted him to start working out regularly again! We are both very pleased with these results obviously, and can only attribute it to the Reishi mushroom, since that is the only thing that has changed in his regimen for the last 10 years. I am not affiliated with this company, and don't care which brand of product you use, but if you have HIV, you should definitely give Reishi Mushroom a try! (BTW, my partner's doctor, who we checked with before he started taking this, said that Reishi is fine to take and doesn't interfere with any of his HIV meds. He warned however, to stay away from any products that contain Ginseng, as some problems HAVE been reported by some people taking Ginseng and certain HIV meds)

I took this for PCOS. A hormone disorder. Here were my results:2 weeks of uses and my facial hair has dramatic decreased in growth and texture.Unintended results:Decreased anxiety, decreased SVT heart issue, decreased migraine pain, although spiked a migraine the 1st week, repainted kitchen and no real stiffness next day, less chatty more focused, a feeling of fullness which decrease my appetite,No weightless yet, but am able to exercise without feeling fatigued as much.

These make me feel so nauseous. No matter if I eat beforehand or after . And I drink plenty of water . Have only taken 3 times since buying because just makes me feel awful .
