I used this to install a JDM engine into an 07 CRV. Prevented me from having to swap the oil pump and timing cover from the US engine.

So far so good, installed it 2 weeks ago and it fit has oem

Inspect bottom of threads.
There was some slag at the bottom of one of the top bolt threads and once the bolt hit that slag it messed up the threads on it, which messed up the female threads on the way out. Made for a huge headache. Watch out for it.
