Super durable sealant that lasts.
I have used this product for years as exterior sealant around windows. It is paintable and lasts better than any other brands that I have used in the past.My most unusual experience was to use Lexel for sealing the inside welded seams on a classic car wheel that kept loosing air. This was a three piece wheel welded together that was allowing air to seep somewhere through the weld. Worked perfectly.

Amazing adhesive.
It is crystal clear, sticks to anything and is a 1000 better than adhesive caulk. Not too many people carry it. You should have a tube on hand in case you want to stick your neighbors barking dog to his side of the fence :).

Outstanding sealant!
My good friend is a licensed plumber and swears by this stuff. I used some of his and decided I needed to get my own. I was absolutely sold when I had to patch a leak in my camper, along the awning, during a rainstorm. This stuff sealed that crack while water was pouring through it! Outstanding! Highly recommend!

Works well for rotomold kayak bulkheads.
I used this product primarily to waterproof the edges of the foam bulkheads in my rotomold kayak. It went on easy and sealed up the edges very well. The only difficulty I had was with squeezing the material out of the tube. It gets hard to squeeze out when you are stretching into your kayak and only have one hand to use. Rolling the bottom up didn't work out great since the packaging resists rolling and always wants to spring back to its full size. The sealant itself seems to be working great though.

Adheres to almost anything.
I used it outside to caulk in some gaps that were the cause of an inside leak. The bottom of the gap was wood and the top of the gap was brick. I brushed it as best I could to clean it. But it still wasn’t very clean. It dried relatively quickly and adhered real well. The leak is gone.

Works much better than traditional Silicone and doesn't yellow
I have been using Lexel for about 4 years and I love it!!! I have used it on my camper to seal around the air conditioning vent hook ups on my teardrop camper. The install instructions for these vents did not call for using a sealer and that just wasn't a good idea so it was Lexel to the rescue. Most of the time I use this product on my glass bird feeders and on glass art yard sculptures. It works great, holds better and doesn't yellow as much as traditional clear silicone caulk. The only down side to this product is that it can dry out fast. Make sure you order fresh sealant. That's why I ordered direct from Sashco. I made the mistake of ordering some online and it was several years old and thick. I contacted Sashco and they were able to tell me when it was manufactured. It was drying out in the sealed tube. Once I open a tube, I scotch tape the end before I snap the cap back on. Yes, make sure the cap snaps back into place and it is on good. This helps extend the life of the tube and I can use it for a year or two before needing to buy a new tube.
