Fits Promaster XC525 If You Don't Fold The Top Down As Displayed In The Ad And Also Fits Promaster XC522 With Top Folded Down
When I bought a Promaster XC525 tripod I was disappointed that it did not come with a travel bag. I then spent more than 2 weeks trying a variety of travel bags but all were either too long or not wide enough to carry my XC525 with a ball head attached. I looked at the Pakpod Tripod Bag sold here on Amazon several time but always rejected it because the ad says it is for 13" tripods. My XC525 folds down to 15.5 inches. So this bag could not possibly hold my XC525. Frustrated as I was in not being able to find a bag that fit my tripod properly, I took a closer look at the Pakpod ad photographs. I could see that IF you DID NOT fold the top of the bag down, as displayed in the ad, this little bag just might work for my XC525. So, I ordered one. Arrived today. And guess what? My XC525 fits into this bag better than any other bag that I have tried. And NOT folding down the top of the bag has, so far as I can see, no down side. For some reason this bag stuck in my mind and after taking MANY looks at the ad I took a chance and it worked out for me. Amazon makes this type of "chance taking" possible by providing a VERY fair return policy so if we guess wrong we don't get stuck with something that will not work for us. THANK YOU AMAZON!Update: I bought a second Pakpod Tripod Bag for my Promaster XC522. The XC522 tripod fits into this bag perfectly and has enough space left over at the top so that the top can be folded down as shown in the Pakpod ad. After looking at and trying a LOT of tripod bags, this bag fits my needs best when carrying either my Promaster XC525 or my Promaster XC522.

Its a Perfect Bag for my Small Travel Tripod
This was a nice surprise and has worked very well for me. I have one of the ProMaster small aluminum, ball head travel tripods which I use for travel and the bag fits the tripod perfectly and provides protection for both my tripod and for me as the metal bumping into me has done some bruising. And the bag provides protection in poor weather.Additionally the bag comes with a shoulder strap and four anchor loops one at each corner of the bag. The corner loops allow the unit to be easily latched to both a shoulder camera bag and to a backpack without a tripod pocket. The fabric is rugged but not too heavy duty and the top-of-the-bag zip compartment is perfect for storing extra camera/ lens mounts.

Fits the new GorillaPod 5K
Got a new GorillaPod, the large 5K. Too big to fit in my camera bag like the old one did. Tried this and it works. A bit tight, but it will close.

Perfect for Compact Tripods and Travel
You wouldn't think that the selection for a relatively small tripod bag would be very limited given the number of compact/travel tripods that are available now but I have struggled to find options in this category. The nylon bag that came with my Sirui T-024X was very thin and eventually developed a hole. After searching for months and buying a couple of bags that just were not a good fit, I ran into this Pakpod bag and it is perfect. My tripod with ball head folds down to around 16" and the Pakpod bag unfolded is a great length for my Sirui. Since the fit is not too tight, it is very easy to remove or insert the tripod into the bag. The case material is relatively thick and seems durable and after taking it on several trips to Asia and Europe, I am extremely happy with the purchase.

I could see this bag lasting for many years.
I got this to put my DJI Osmo mobile, the Osmo tripod and Osmo extension stick inside while traveling. The Osmo comes with its own bag but is only big enough for the Osmo itself. I needed something for all three devices when traveling and this served a purpose perfectly at a great price. This bag could be useful for many purposes and many products but my purpose this was very handy. The material used is of a decent quality. I could see this bag lasting for many years.

That it fit the Tripod with pressure on the zipper.
I was really happy that the case was the right one for my older Tripod. I had bought an older Velbon HG-4 18" folded up and 50" open all aluminum tripod back in the mid 70's and have gone through a number of cases. But lately have had a hard time finding a new case. Went to Amazon and found the PAKPOD Tripod Case, was unsure it would fit because my Tripod was heavier and the shoe was a little higher , it fit so good that I had to have another one for lightweight Tripod. So Thank You Amazon.

Bought this to fit my Ipevo Document Camera (which doesn't come with a carry case), and it fits perfectly! The front pocket has enough room to fit the USB chord for the camera, too.
