As a seasoned Estate Agent of some 30+ Years, the last 6 as MD of my own successful agency - to say I was sceptical about this book was an understatement, but hay.. it lockdown and needed something to read... but WOW... really opened my eyes, you can skip the stuff about Price and Photography but the bits about listing copy are quality... Neil really knows his stuff in that department... just need to work out how to implement the changes to my business.. maybe have to use the bonuses you get free with the book to start me off... highly recommended as a short read for any Estate Agent wanting to succeed...

This is such a great book! It is full of wonderful hints and tips on how to stand out from all the other lettings and estate agents trying to market properties. It doesn't mess about. Direct, to the point and at times quite funny. Not for the faint hearted- don't read it if you're easily offended. You might find out just how stupid you've been all these years. I loved it, some great ideas that even made me say 'why didn't I think of that?' If you sell or rent properties on a commercial basis you really need these tricks in your arsenal.

More than 30 years of writing property ads and I thought I knew all the tricks of the trade! But I found this concise and easy to read guide opened my mind to think differently and I will be putting some of Neil's ideas into my future listings to change my approach and stand out from the crowd. One observation which stopped me giving 5 stars is I felt there is too much emphasis on lettings and not enough on sales.

Neil has produced a genuine page-turner! It’s a well-written book with lots of interesting and practical tips on improving your listings! The information is presented in bite-sized, easily-digestible format that makes it hard to put the book down!

Nice to see there are so many new refreshing opportunities to preparing marketing material and to step away from the “norm”.
