Excellent fir rolling out legs
I am a arborist, I climb trees and use my leg muscle all day every day this roller helps get the knots out so easily.

As a massage roller, not bad
I think it's weird that this product is some sort of double duty for ab workouts and massage but whatever. I got it because my partner has some muscles in his back and glutes that get sore and he was just saying he wished we had a massage roller so I could better reach them. To that end, it does work. The disc doesn't stay on as well by itself (as opposed to when all the discs are on) but given that I'm not supporting my weight with it, it's not a big deal. Taking all the discs off and just using the roller was nice as well. This did not come with the plyo box or mat that are pictured farther down the listing.

Great purchase
Able to use with or without the wheels for a nice massage!

It's hurt
Material is really hard so when you’re rolling on your back, it’s really hurt.

Actually an ab roller
It says it's an ab roller on the box .. yeah it technically still works but leaves bruises

This is crap
This is absolute trash. The wheels slide off as you use it. I’m 180lbs. The wheel slid and dug into my hand. DO NOT BUY!

Pretty good. Could be longer.
I like this thing, and I like the versatility of the wheel positions. I can set it to get my trapezius muscles, and can set it for others as well. Unfortunately when trying to massage my shoulders, the bar is not long enough to be able to grip it well on my own and still get my upper back. Nonetheless, the versatility is a really nice feature.

Functional- but wheels can work themselves off in use
Ergonomic handles.. As an abroller, it's wide wheel stance is an advantage. As a muscle massage tool, the narrower ring (with wheels removed) is reasonably effective. The problem is that the wheels can slowly slide off while in use. Perhaps some locking mechanism to keep the wheels in place would have made this a much better rollar.
