Works great. Easy from my 5 year old to open as long as it's not overly tightened.

Nice portion for my 7yr old son. He hates it when it's lunch time and food is cold so we bought this thermos container. Total game changer! Typically, warm up his lunch around 7:30am and his lunch time is around 11am. He said his food was still nice a hot/warm. That's a true winner for me!

Wasn't aware that this was designed as a container and utensil keeper, so I prefer one that is all food storage, but I think I will use it for hiking rather than for daily.

I grew up with an original thermos from the 80s and loved it. I bought one about 5 years ago for my oldest son and it still works perfectly. Just recently bought this one, and it’s even better with the handle! No leaks ever. Keeps food warm for hours. The handle makes it easier to open and close for small hands and older hands alike! I haven’t been disappointed yet with the thermos brand. I’ve been a fan for a very long time.

I love that it keeps my kids lunch hot and ready for school lunch when I serve them chicken noodle or cold when I serve them fruits or cold salad ☺️

This is light weight and the perfect portion. It keeps my food warm or I can use it to let food continue cook after boiling water. I may taking camping!

The top handle is great for carrying and opening! This version with the square top handle is great for preK and K hands to help open the lid themselves. I had the original with no handle and sometimes if I tightened it too much, my child would have a hard time opening it at school and would need to ask for help. I considered the other Thermos food jar with the spoon storage but it doesn't work for us because most of the time we pack food that requires a fork instead so that's just a waste of space.

This thermos does the job. I followed other reviewers advice and put boiling water in it when I prepare their lunch in the morning and it’s stays warm for lunchtime. I’ve only used it for hot meals. Completely leak proof too! The handle is easy for my toddler to open and we had practiced before school. Teachers and staff are always around if they need assistance anyway. Would recommend!

Way to small don't buy ...if u wanna return it they make it difficult thru ups

This thermos is far too small to carry any meal. Far too expensive for such a tiny thermos.
