This book is for anyone who loves 'stories' about plants rater than botanical studies of plants. Some of the unusual and strange facts will be completely new and fascinating to even very expert plants people. The illustrations are gorgeous portraits of plants in their native environment.

Aside from the excellent content, the book itself is nicely presented.Anyone halfway interested in plants will find this book to be an interesting read.

Not what I expected.
I'm not into horticulture, but book seemed more like around the world in 80 weeds- Sent them as gifts so disappointed the book was not as colorful as I'd hoped.
