I purchased these for me and my son to use. He has only been using his for 3 weeks and the lid will not fit properly back onto the base. We only hand wash it, so it has never been through a dish washer. This also causes yogurt or salad dressing to leak into other compartments. Its never stressed into an awkward position because it sits in his lunch box all day. For how cute they are, and the reviews I sincerely expected them to last longer.

The product arrived, and they were perfect! Beautiful!One month after everyday use, the containers have a new home at Goodwill.I mostly use it for warm food (rice/pizza/leftovers), and even though I cool them off before closing the lid, unless the food was ice cold - straight from the fridge, it will have some steam, and the frequent exposure to the steam will make the lid bent and difficult to close. I think it will work beautiful with sandwiches. Sadly, i need something that works with hot and cold temperatures. and this product is not it.

We love this box, I have a 6 year old and it's perfect for snacks on the go and for the half day summer camps he has been attending. Our first one did come damaged but Heather was very quick to replace and the customer service was outstanding. Kinsho stands behind their products and we love them. We have been using the big bento boxes for a year and a half and will be using them again this school year. This box is a great addition! Thanks, Kinsho!

Sent back because the inside area was so small. Looked like it would be great but there’s now way I could fit enough foot for my 2.5 year old. The little food areas were so small you’d have to cut up a sandwich in the tiniest pieces to make it fit. I really wanted to live it but the search continues.

This broke within 5 minutes of unwrapping. I’m super annoyed about it. My son was so excited about this snack box and loved the stickers that came with it. He put the stickers on, picked out some snacks to put in, sat down with it, and one of the latches immediately broke.Also, the hand wash only would have been a major bummer.
