Mega Bloks American Girl Grace's Pastry Cart

This is an adorable set and works great with other Lego sets though the character is slightly bigger. However, we found the set to come apart too easily during play so I ended up having to glue the pieces together. It's almost like the uprights that connected the top with the base were not quite the right width as it bowed funny as well. Not as good of quality as Lego but a cute set.

Although quite small, this set is chock full of little details and adorably playable items. It was very easy to assemble using the booklet. The only confusing part was placing the roof on the poles, but it does fit into place in a stable way - although that's not obvious from the illustration, just trial-and-error. I wish there was one other friend included (or perhaps her dog) as poor Grace just stands there waiting to sell her baked goods, but there are no customers. ;-) I guess we'll need to buy a friend or two for her.

Very cute building set. The quality seems to be a little shy of Lego building sets-specifically the figure, but still of acceptable quality. No complaints from my daughter.

I bought this set for my daughter's 12th birthday. It was the first gift she played with. She loves American Girl and she loves miniature things. A lot of thought and detail goes into the making of these sets.

My 10 year old loves this kit. Not too hard to put together very cute as a dresser decoration. She gets frustrated very easily (high functioning autism) but asked for a little help and was smiling the entire time. Highly recommended as a gift.

Cute set. But compared to lego, it's sort of cheap! The dolls are a little hard to use with all the pieces too
