This book was very insightful and took an in-depth look into family system trauma. Helped me to have a different perspective with my own family.

You need to accept a few things before seeing this book in the right light.There are things which science currently can't explain, but which you can test yourself on your own.We live in relationships.Our emotions drive most of our decisions. You have to integrate them, to become healthy overall.Emotions impact physical and mental health.We constantly emit and receive energy ( as emotions or something else), eversince we are born. This is fact.Once you accept these as facts, this book starts to make sense

Recommended read for anyone interested in this area of therapy. This therapy appears to have much to offer to everyone experiencing generational traumas and relationship issues

For anyone interested in understanding family constellations, I would really recommend this book. I think Franz Rupert really has to be one of the major experts in this field and it is amazing to discover how people with a normally uncurable mental illness have been cured through this technique which allows the origins of the psychological problem, coming from previous generations, to be identified.
