I have been taking these for quite a while and I prefer them over other niacin I have taken. The time release is more accurate than some other brands and it reduces flushing. The tablets are easy to swallow, because they easily become quite slick when wet. Overall, it is a good product and I recommend it.

Although the intense flush from this is delayed up to several hours it still gives a significant flush band from the top of your head downwards into your chest. If you don't know this it can be very scary and uncomfortable.

I had taken the prescription Niacin for over a year and it was just too expensive. I tried some of the OTC niacin and this is the one a pharmacist recommended. My good cholesterol has remained in the good range with this medicine. I have used it for several years now and will continue to do so as long as it is available.
