Traditional Medicinal's Smooth Move Herb Tea (3x16 bag)

So I bought this lovely miracle cure for a family member that wishes to stay anonymous, LOL!! Any who, they had constipation due to the medication that they are taking. I brew a cup of the tea at night before bed time and the following day they went without any trouble. They were very happy with how well it worked. I personally haven't used it, so I can't vouched for the taste, but they said that it tasted good and had no bitterness to it. I definitely would recommend anyone that suffers from constipation to give it a try.

Wonderful tea and effective. I have digestive issues that sometimes cause pain and discomfort in my intestinal tract. I found that when I drink several sips or 1/4-1/3 of the cup of tea once or twice a day, it really helps move things along and eases the discomfort quite well instead of the result you get from drinking the entire cup at once.

Happy to say it worked well for me. Only once so far but I will use it again if/ when needed. Good flavor tea, had one cup at night and I was able to go in the morning with no trouble. No urgency, no cramping, just exactly what I needed to get things moving.

Had problems for quite sometime and after taking this tea, no more issues. None.

It works but beware not to use it daily, I didn’t realize that you should not use this / senna daily.I was feeling anxious and odd so I looked online and confirmed the ingredients should only be used a few days at a time.After I stopped using it a day or two later I was back to normal.Don’t take my word.. look it up and check.I wish it had a warning.

There are a lot of herbal teas out there to help you out when it's tough to go. I've tried many and at the suggestion of my mom, I gave Smooth Move a try. For me, it is an overnight success! It has good flavor and it works!!!

Mom says it works great.

This TV definitely works every morning so if you have somewhere to go do not drink does the night before.
