I love these cups!! Obviously with personalizations it takes longer to get here but I received them within 3 days of ordering them! They are gorgeous, great quality, properly labeled and designed and sent with lots of care and padding. Update: after my first initial review the seller reached out and sent me a new cup and let me tell you I’ve never been happier buying something off Amazon most people don’t care but these folks do. Very quality product and great customer serviceGot this for my wife and a week later the design starts coming off. She hand washed with cold water and all that junk and it started peeling off. Very disappointing. Looked amazing when it first arrived tho so if your get it and never use it. It should be great.

I ordered these for bridesmaid gifts. They were cute, but before they even received them the monogramming on the front was coming off, right out of the box. The straw stopper on top also fell inside the glass when instering the straw and then wouldn't fit back in place property. Very disappointed, since it was too late to find something else to give for this gift

I bought three of these for gifts. All came well packaged with beautiful customization. I got a bit nervous because my order confirmation didn't indicate the customisation but all three came exactly as requested. Now I just need one for myself!

Beautiful quality! My bridesmaids will love these! The frosted glass and customized names and flowers are the perfect gift.

This was a beautiful little travel mug. Simple to carry and you can design your own name and style of flower. But the sad thing is it's not dishwasher friendly (best to wash this by hand) the design started to pill away sooner so it will wear out sooner. So if your looking to keep a pretty design on this mug you need to wash this carefully.
