The Lumineers Piano, Vocal and Guitar Chords

My son loves this! This is his favorite band and he needed a “fun” book per his piano teachers instructions this year, so this was the obvious choice!He now can play the songs he loves so much!

I have played piano for almost 30 years, but not many lessons, so on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd say my skill level is around a 5. This book is probably about a 4 on that scale. I was able to sit down and start enjoying songs immediately. Some of the songs work great on piano alone, others really need a rhythm instrument to be added to the mix to reproduce the original sound. If you like the band, you'll love the book.

This review is for the Kindle version. It's okay for giving you an idea on how to play the songs, but the music and tablature is hard to read on my Kindle App.

Both the arrangements and the lyrics are a bit suspect. You're better off using the publicly available tabs on Ultimate Guitar.

I love it! Lots of fun to play. Not always the music actually played by the band but I can play a song without needing a guitarist or cellist
