Vileda Mop Stick – Red –140 cm

If you, like me, own the Vileda mop heads and handles you'll know that these handles break very quickly. I was left with two brand-new heads but no handle and so I went in search of just the handle. This one is ideal because it isn't telescopic, something which is unnecessary in a relatively short mop handle, and is more comfortable to use because it doesn't have the adjustable mechanism in the middle of the handle. However I realise that whichever market this is designed for, perhaps Italy, then men or tall women are not supposed to mop floors because it's just a bit too short for me. I am no giant, standing at a very average, 5' 10" tall or 1.79m, and I find myself stooping a little uncomfortably to use this.When my batch of mop heads are used up I'll look for a different brand. The short life of these handles, (the mop-head attachment plastic connector cracks after a few months even if carefully dried after each use), combined with insufficient length, puts me off purchasing other Vileda mops in future.

Received in short order, slotted it straight on to the mop-head, immediately started using it, it seems durable and reliable. Good.
