I was very pleased with my watch but unfortunately after four months it stopped charging. I emailed the company, not really expecting to hear anything back. Just three days later I recieved a response, apologising for the relaid response and the fact that the watch had stopped charging. I was asked to supply order number, that was when I realised that the watch had been much cheaper than I had thought, if I had realised how little I had paid for it I probably would not have emailed. The company did not hesitate in offering me a replacement, which I am very happy to accept as its a great little watch especially for such a low price. Brilliant customer service. Well done.

It’s easy to use and does everything you need daily

It does everything I need it to do well worth the money which was also great

Says it is and it gives you a monitor for swimming. Unfortunately my daughter used hers for swimming for half an hour and the screen now is blurred from the top a 3rd. Shouldn't say it's waterproof if it damages. Otherwise it's a great watch and my daughter has loved it.

Had the watch nearly a week, it charges well and holds it charge, easy to use but I bought it to track my steps, today has not recorded any, loses connection through day, so far it has tracked one day, complete waste of time.

I had a more expensive Garmin before but when it broke I just wanted something cheap to tell time and track steps. This does the job. The app isnt great especially compared to the Garmin app but what do ya expect for the price of this.
