CURRENTUSA Truelumen Aluminum Docking Legs for Pro Striplights

Ordered 2 of these. The 1st ones were flimsy but sturdy enough considering the 36" light they're used with aren't too heavy. The 2nd pair I ordered I had to return though. They were paper-thin, and just fell apart when I placed the light on top. Extremely strange, one pair of legs was well made and the 2nd one was made out of an entirely different material. Seems to me like better quality control is needed. Still, if you happen to get the good ones they're low profile and look great on hi-tech rimless tanks.

I bought these because I did not realize the Current USA Truelumen light I purchased previously on Amazon did not come with these docking legs. I had read other posts about these being cheaply made and not working but I have found them to be very functional and sturdy. I have them mounted on a 7.5 ADG rimless nano cube and they work great. They are lightweight but firm, not flimsy at all. They were easy to mount on the light and it has not budged since I put them on the tank. Great product!

The screws were a little hard to set into place, and got somewhat stripped with all the removing and realigning of the docking legs. But once it got it sorted out.. The product is postioned nicely, i will purchase this item again for a future tank project.

Very light, nice light, energy efficient, what more can you ask for? Drastically cut down algae since I switched to this light. If you are not trying to grow plants, purchase the dimmer with this, fish love the lower light levels. Very pleased with this product.Oops, thought I was reviewing the fixture! The brackets are good also...

Disappointing, very cheesy flimsy footers to support the light bar. Any slight movement and it gets knocked off.

They are essentially two pieces of sheet metal; nothing fancy and not terribly attractive, but they do exactly what I need them to do, which is to support my Truelumen fixture about three inches above my aquarium's glass top.

The legs were not very steady and are easily bent. The screws quickly striped as I attempted to screw the legs into the heat sink. Which also made me unhappy.
