My favorite purchase of 2019!
I love meditation, and it’s my favorite part of the day (actually, twice a day for twenty minutes). The more hardcore I get, the better my results. An example is when I don’t fidget, I get better results (or when I keep my back straight). My most comfortable position is on the couch, but then I get sleepy. I’ve tried a zafu and a zabuton, but my legs fall asleep (and my back aches). I heard about the Tibetan meditation belt, but when I saw this on Amazon, I thought it would be even better because it’s adjustable. It was everything I had hoped—a comfortable way to keep my back straight without putting my legs to sleep. Hurray!!!!!!

Was skeptical, turned into a believer
When I first got this I was surprised at how stretchy it was and was skeptical that it would work very well. Turns out it's basically the perfect amount of stretch to support the lower lumbar. Makes it much easier to go sit in the park or attend events where you sit on the floor. Also better than portable cushions for traveling with. I have used this for 60 minute sits, have not tried longer sits with it yet.

GET THIS! Perhaps as important as meditation cushion
I am a meditation teacher, and I cannot recommend this belt highly enough. Once you use it, you are left wondering why this method of correcting the posture is not introduced when one learns to meditate. And behold, the Tibetans have been using it for centuries. Just google it, it's pretty amazing actually.If you practice meditation, I highly recommend this belt.

does the job!
I have no problem putting my legs into lotus position, but my pelvis tends to roll backwards a little bit, so the weight of my upper body falls on the tailbone, which is not good for sitting for extended time.This belt solves my problem. It pushes my tailbone and pelvis forward, and gives a support to the lower back.Recommended!

the best comfort gizmo ever!
wow... I thought this would work but it went beyond my expectations! I can sit is meditation pose for longer and forget about discomfort. I recommend this to meditators that get tired :-)I also use posture correctors often when in meditation or at my work station.
