The product has good result only if u r having a good diet.
I m a prof gym trainer first of all these is my first universal bcaa in pills after using these pill for 2weeks my body really gets a good result my skin gets thighten and body fat also reduced and increase strenght during workout these pills are awesome.I m just taking 1 pill 15min before workout and 1 after the workout with whey.
