Worth every penny
These look great and are SO easy to clean. I'll probably do an update in a year to make note of how they're holding up, but I really love this set so far. Definitely worth every penny. They're also light as a feather. Was super surprised when I initially grabbed the package from my garage. However, just a warning if using a gas stove the heat easily radiates up throughout the pot and although the silicon handles help. I've found it's better to leave them off until you're removing the pots from the stove as they will get a bit on the warmer side to touch.

Great non-toxic pots & pans for induction stove
This may sound a lot like my review of the Zavor pan set I bought at the same time, but... I was about to pay more for an induction set of Greenpans, but the great look, versatility and fact that the Zavor pots/pans have completely smooth insides—no food catching handle bolts!—won me over at a lesser price. In the few weeks since our induction stove was installed, I've loved cooking with these. Non-toxic. So easy to clean. I never thought about it as a necessary option, but I like that the handles can come off the pans for storing and the sauté pans have removable silicon grips. Sleek and modern looking flat lids—the only downside with those is if you stack them, you have metal handles on glass, and one of the lids did come with a bent handle but was replaced quickly by their friendly customer service. Hoping that they stand up over time, but they seem sturdy and durable.

Truly non-stick
Have been trying them for a couple of months now and they don’t stick!!! They heat very well and it’s truly a pleasure to clean them so fast!

So far it's great!
Only have used 2 of the pans and they are wonderful! Love the detachable handles so it is easy to wash. one of the things I like most is the light weight. As I advance in age, that is a challenge, especially if you have a pot with a lot of ingredients or water in it. These are nice and light. And you don't have to crank up the heat to cook well. We shall see as I use these more. Great so far.

I've had several recipes lately that start on the stove and end in the oven
Most of my older cookware doesn't have the ability to go from stovetop to oven and I absolutely HATE making a bigger mess than I already do when cooking by having to transfer to an oven safe pan...now, my daughter's boyfriend who is a good cook, he loves cast iron cookware which can do the stove to oven thing, but it's heavy. I am older and have arthritis in my hands - I have a few real issues, one being that I was born with "hyperextended" bones or as most people know it as double-jointedness. As I have aged, that aspect of my finger and thumb joints has exacerbated the arthritis meaning there are sections on my fingers/thumbs of both hands that scream in pain when I try to pick up heavy things...like cast iron. I mention all this because this particular set of cookware has made it easy for ME to go from stovetop to oven without making any more mess than I normally do! The actual handles on the pans are fine for the oven and easy for me to hold, plus the weight of one of these pots is no different really, than my other pots. I love this set! It is nice-looking, sleek and very modern. Easy to cook in from stove to oven, lightweight and easy to clean, all while looking good - I couldn't ask for more!

Best Non-Stick Skillet I've Had
By Bill Marsano. I’ve been giving the 12” skillet a workout over the last few weeks, and I’m very pleased with it. It’s a traditional skillet, with nearly straight (rather than sloped) sides, about 2-1/2” deep, so a careful cook can do shallow frying with minimal spatter. The weight is excellent—it has a nice heft. Doesn’t “fly out of you hand,” as super-thin light-weight pans tend to do. Cleans easily. The best feature is the removable handle, which uses a screw fastener for very secure attachment—no wobble, no looseness. Removing the handle allows for easy storage and permits using just the pan portion for oven baking up to 550 degrees, which is the limit of most home ranges. (Put your dish in the oven, then a quick turn of the knob releases the handle. When the dish is done, re-attach just as quickly. No messing with clumsy potholders, a real advantage.) The non-stick coating is said to be a blend of titanium and ceramic that is also free of the various chemicals that have given some non-stick cookware a bad name. It seems durable, but only time will tell. Having used many non-stick pans from many manufacturers over my long ‘career’ as a home cook, I advise treating it with respect. 1. When starting from cold, give the pan a few seconds to heat up before moving up to cooking temp. 2. Don’t use sharp metal spatulas and such. 3. It’s dishwasher safe (remove the handle), but you needn’t bother: just wipe clean with sponge or cloth and you’re done.—Bill Marsano is a writer and editor who has cooked often for his family since the early 1980s. All have survived.
