Redi Niche Triple Niche Recessed Shower Shelf- Black, Three Inner Shelves, 16-Inch Width x 26-Inch Height x 4-Inch Depth

I bought this for a bathroom that was being remodeled. My bathroom is now finished. This niche looks great in my shower. I priced some niches in stores. Amazon had the best prices. I would buy this again. If I do my other bathroom I will buy another niche from Amazon. Delivery was also faster than they posted.

This is not actually a triple but rather a double with a second small section clearly cut (with a raw edge) from another piece, not as pictured and described here. It is made of plastic, rather than foam, which our contractor and tile installer questioned in terms of best adhesion. We ordered through Amazon Prime with free shipping. When we printed the return shipping label to send it back to the Seller, Body-n-Home (which the website says is based out of MN but had a Madison, WI shipping address), it was not postage prepaid so we were out of pocket $15 in shipping and handling costs. We asked the Seller to refund that cost as the description and picture were clearly misleading, the Seller's response was to downright rude. We have asked for Amazon's assistance in resolving this matter but we would caution anyone from purchasing from this Seller and to be aware that if it a single piece, triple recessed shelf you're seeking, this is NOT that.

I purchased the Tile Redi Triple shelf from the Tile Redi website, which as another writer noted is not one single piece but two separate items. The depth of the shelf is 4", but the studs in my wall are only 3" deep and cannot be used, something I found out only after the contractor cut into the walls. Tile Redi refused to accept a return, citing their policy of NO RETURNS or REFUNDS. I have purchased many products on-line, from Amazon and other sellers. This is the first time I have been refused a return. My mistake for not reading all of the fine print, something I compounded for buying from a company that has such disregard for their customers.
