Log Horizon, Vol. 5 - light novel (Log Horizon, 5)

Story seemed to drag a bit this time. Perhaps because this dealt with administrative conflict rather than physical conflict it didn't have the excitement or body count of past stories. Still there was some intriguing foreshadowing at the end that has me interested in buying the next volume.

This is a great series, I love the books because they give some details that the anime does not.

I watched the anime first, but I still enjoyed the light novels. I'm thrilled that they're available in English, and am always looking forward to the next one.

Beh, conosco la serie e la light novel è bellissima. Scritta molto bene, praticamente un libro! (Molto meglio rispetto a quelle di Sao per esempio). La lettura è accattivante e spesso ti tiene col fiato sospeso. A quanto pare comunque l'anime si è mantenuto fedelissimo, quindi il racconto non si discosta da ciò che accade, ma alcune aggiunte sui personaggi e i particolari riguardo al gioco arricchiscono sicuramente la lettura. Consigliatissimo per i fan e non! ^^(L'inglese è comprensibile, ma è come leggere un intero libro con descrizione, inttrospezioni et co., tutto in inglese).Well, I know the anime and the light novel is beautiful! Wrote very well, pratically a book! Really really better than for example Sao's ones. The reading is captivating and full of suspence. The anime is very faithful, but the story adds some details on the characters and about the game as well. Reccomended for fans and not! ^^

It is hard to classify this book, but we can call it a fantasy novel. The characters in this series are struck in a world that is a copy of a fantasy computer game they were playing. Both the world in which they now live and the characters are slowly changing and the characterization is good. One of the thing I have particularly appreciate is that there is not a Big Evil Overlord as an opponent. The focus of the story is comprehending the world in which they now live and adapting to it while staying themselves. The main characters are all positive persons and likable.The author has still room to become better, but he is a solid writer and worth reading.I would suggest this book to people with an age of 14+, with no upper limit.

Man, I love this series. With each new installment I keep loving it more. Package arrived rather quickly thanks to Prime shipping being available, but unfortunately has a small crease on the back cover (not enough to send it back, but a little annoying).

Uma leitura mais pesada desta serie, mas uma boa historia.

Mamare Touno hat ein Werk geschaffen, welches andere vergeblich suchen. Dort spielt neben Aktion auch Politik eine große Rolle. Ich würde auch die restlichen Bänder holen, wenn man sie kaufen könnte und ich das Geld dazu habe.
