These syringes are great. We've been using them to feed our elderly cat (who kind of gave up eating for a while, and was losing weight). We couldn't find them for sale where we live and have been asking for them (3 or 4 at a time) from the pharmacy. Unfortunately, they don't last long and stop working after 2 or three uses. Buying syringes in bulk like this is so much easier, and it's good to have new ones around when one goes bad. Also, unlike the ones carried by our pharmacy, these have a longer tube on the end, which we can get further into the side of her mouth, which makes eating easier for her. They also come with some caps, which make it easier to take some filled syringes upstairs with us at bedtime so we can give her water as needed.(Note: We believe this is a quality of life issue for our girl, and everyone has to make their own decision -- but as long as she still enjoys going outside on the deck with our other cat, and can get to the litterbox on her own -- and she's not in pain -- we will do all we can to support her.

Clearly, this is a commodity item. They are clean and functional. I like the fact that they have a cover over the tip. We use them not only for doses of oral medication but given that they are so inexpensive we can use them for the cats and dogs as well -- and then simply throw them away after one use. These are disposable, of course, but when you get one of these from a pharmacy, you get just ONE and you are expected to wash it after each use and keep using it until the bottle is finished. With these, you just use it for a single use and toss it.

I have a previous review of these oral syringes and have been buying them for years in boxes of 100 and recommending them. However I just received these and they are not the same. And they don’t work for syringe feeding small animals. And they are from a different manufacturer- Cardinal Health. Not Monoject Covidien. As a medical caretaker for small animals this is so disappointing. And Amazon won’t accept the return. I just received it, opened box and contacted Amazon right away. Trying to reach the manufacturer right now. However heard from another supplier of same issue and that Cardinal Health just doesn’t care.(*Previous* review: These fit comfortably in my hand, they worked smoothly, did not get stuck like every other syringe I bought. These are the best quality. Everything else I bought for syringes for feeding my pet was junk, dangerous bc they get stuck and can aspirate your pet while feeding, and made in China. These are made in USA.And you can tell right away. Made with care. These you could even reuse. So happy with them I had to write a review. I just hope they don’t start making them in China and the quality will not be good anymore).

Our son has several times needed to take various medicines (and sometimes more than one medicine a day). The problem is the medicine syringes the pharmacy gives out usually don't last until the end of the medicine with washings (or the numbers wear off) or the rubber plungers get stuck.So we purchased this product because we got tired of trying to make the pharmacy's free syringes work for the full duration of a medicine. We wanted to have spares and which were cheap enough to be disposable but still could last a few trips through the dishwasher, plus these come with caps so we can take pre-measured medicine "to-go" without bringing the whole bottles (for our use we have a ton of spare caps). These are also narrow enough to fit down inside and draw directly from many of the medicine bottles (although length might be a challenge towards the bottom of some taller bottles) The caps are all in a separate bag vs each syringe being pre-capped so plan on having a zipper sandwich bag or similar available to store the caps after you open the bag. The lettering seems heavily painted on and ridged vs simply inked on like many other products we've used. Overall, very happy with this product.

These work great with the liquid prescriptions from CVS. They are slightly tighter than the cheap syringe that the pharmacy gives you which I like. No accidental leakage or spillage. They are much higher quality and last way longer. I highly recommend this product.

We use these routinely. They are always precisely as described and we have never had a problem with this product.

These are exactly the same as provided by my veterinarian but a lot less expensive. Like most oral syringes, they don't last very long before they don't work very well so this large supply is beneficial.

We got these to help with medicating our animals, and love them. Unlike other syringes that have printed lines that rub off, these have embossed lines that last. Very helpful when you ate using them repeatedly.
